I’m Alyssa & this is my husband, Connor. We live in Slippery Rock, PA, with our three pups (Kotz, Cop, & Millie), 12 chickens, 3 ducks, and 1 oh-so-handsome turkey named Gravy.

Fun fact: we are both registered nurses! While I’ve stepped back a bit from healthcare to focus on this dream, Con continues to support America’s veterans every day, working full-time and still helping me however he can. I do still work part-time in the mental health realm.

When we aren’t working, we enjoy spending quality time together, with friends & family, and of course, our pups. We love hiking, trail running, fishing, rock climbing, biking, golfing, and disc golf. We’ll try any hobby at least once!
